This file is intended to act as a guide to the installation process
of The Wall. At this point, you are encouraged to read WALL.DOC in
its entirety to fully complete the installation.
If you are a Maximus SysOp The Wall should be able to automatically
detect your Maximus path. If The Wall DOESN'T report that it found
an installation of Maximus, check to see that you meet at least ONE
of the following conditions:
1) You have your MAXIMUS environment variable set to the path and
name of your PRM file. Eg. MAXIMUS=C:\Max\Max.PRM. If you are
running Maximus 3.0, this should be in place.
2) Your copy of Maximus exists in a \Max\ directory off of ANY
fixed disk drive in your system.
3) Your Maximus directory exists somewhere in your PATH statement.
If you can not meet any of the above conditions, and still wish to
take advantage of the automated Maximus installation, you may specify
your Maximus path on the command line when running SETUP.EXE. Eg:
C:\> SETUP D:\BBS\Max\
If you are running a BBS program other than Maximus, you will have
to use SETUP.EXE to configure the various options. Full descriptions
are present in the program, as well as in WALL.DOC.
